These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WIRE Global Network website, member portal, events, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
To use certain Services, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities under your account.
Registration does not automatically guarantee approved membership status. WIRE may review applications and approve, decline, suspend, or revoke membership at its discretion and in line with community standards.
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited behavior includes unlawful activity, harassment, abuse, fraud, impersonation, intellectual property infringement, unauthorized system access, or actions that disrupt platform operations.
All content, branding, logos, design assets, and platform materials are owned by WIRE or licensed to WIRE unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content without written permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant WIRE a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content for community, operational, and promotional purposes related to the Services.
WIRE may provide access to events, trainings, webinars, and conferences. Schedules, speakers, formats, and access terms may change. We may send service-related communications and updates through email or platform notifications.
Where paid services apply, fees, billing terms, and refund policies will be communicated at the point of registration or purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees may be non-refundable after service delivery begins.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept our data practices described there.
Our Services may contain links or integrations with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or terms. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own policies.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WIRE disclaims warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WIRE and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WIRE, its officers, team members, partners, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses resulting from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, pose risk to the community, or engage in prohibited conduct. Termination does not waive rights or remedies available under law.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which WIRE operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
